Productive Pedagogies (Queensland, Australia)
CERES has found the Productive Pedagogies framework developed by the Queensland Government Education Department a very useful framework to draw together many of the components that Scottish teachers and schools are asked to consider, in particular on improving the quality of experience, learning and teaching in the classroom. The Productive Pedagogies framework chimes with the quality framework of How Good Is Our School 3and the key messages of the Journey to Excellence.

There are four key areas in the framework
- Developing intellectual quality
- Supportive classroom environment
- Recognition and valuing difference
- Connectedness
There is also a checklist covering the above four key areas.
