the computer facilities at The Moray House School of Education.

The Education Helpdesk is
there to answer your queries relating to the computer systems at The
School of Education.
The Helpdesk office is located in Room 1.8 of Thomson’s
Land. It is open 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri.

There
are 3 ways to contact the Helpdesk:
- Email: Send an email to Helpdesk@education.ed.ac.uk.
All emails are automatically entered into the University Call Management System
(CMS). You will receive a reply with a CMS call number. This is the preferred
method for contact as it provides a very good audit trail for the team.

staffed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
