Equality, Inclusion & Anti-discrimination
CPD courses launched for 2010

In Education, Equality is Everyone's Business

In 2010, The University of Edinburgh's School of Education will launch a suite of over 25 new CPD courses for teachers and education professionals.

As school leaders work to ensure that policy and practice promote inclusion and address inequality, and as teachers learn to integrate social and emotional well-being and active citizenship into their planning and delivery; the demand for effective and appropriate professional development opportunities is high.

Responding to these initiatives and a Curriculum for Excellence, the University's suite of new courses will allow participants to examine inclusion, equality and anti-discrimination related issues and will provide high-quality, practical and informative support to practitioners as they work to create and sustain positive learning environments.
