The department of Educational Studies
provides specialist expertise to Moray House School of Education's
programmes listed below.
The department is heavily involved in the central components of the four
year Primary BEd programme. We are also responsible for the PGDE
Primary programme.
The department, as a result, coordinates Primary placement supervision
which offers the opportunity of regular and valuable contact with school
colleagues.
At Postgraduate level we offer a Master
of Teaching (MTeach) which has full
accreditation from the GTC Scotland as a programme leading to the award
of Chartered Teacher. The Department also offers a suite of programmes
in Additional Support
for Learning.
