Training and other Experience Related to the Outdoors
Trained at The Brathay Hall Trust, one of UK's oldest and most respected outdoor training organizations. Training covered both outdoor skills as well as facilitation techniques. Basic Mountaineering Course conducted by the Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering, Kashmir—'A' Grade. Qualified First Aider from NOLS (USA). Active member of the Bombay Natural History Society. Keen birdwatcher, amateur naturalist and astronomer.
Founder / Facilitator with the Outbound Foundation, Panchgani. At Outbound, have designed and conducted courses for over 2500 people from diverse industries, junior to very senior. Typical areas cover issues such as Team building, Personal Development, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Planning, Decision making skills, and coping with change.
