Abstract

This research builds on ten years of work on teacher careers, beginning with a study of probationer teachers (1988-91), with a follow-up at the five year stage. Those teachers are now in their tenth year of teaching and this project will revisit them to study their careers paths and future intentions and their current views of teaching.
