Abstract

This commissioned evaluative research examines an innovative project, which was planned to commence in October 2002 until June 2003, that draws upon technological advances to provide young people who have experienced significant interrupted learning access to a motivating curriculum. The schoolsoutglasgow.net team will address the needs of these learners by use of technology, which allows them to work from home with tutor support. The projects aim is to provide personal, social, academic and vocational development through engagement with learning on the web.
