- arrangements for Semester 1 courses
We have been able to obtain additional help which will allow us to accept
some further work for Semester 1 courses.
Requests for new courses
We can accept further courses for Semester 1, but the absolute deadline
for submissions is *Monday 17th August*. No new requests will be accepted
after this date. Please submit requests to ereserve@ed.ac.uk.
Renewal of existing courses
Course organisers have already been asked to send renewal instructions
for existing courses. If you have not already done so, please notify
us by *Monday 24th August* of any changes to your requirements for existing
courses. After that date we can renew existing readings, but will not
be able to accept requests for any new readings. It would help us if
you could respond to the notification you have already been sent, as
this will automatically update our records.
Notes
As always, it may not be possible to deliver everything that is requested.
We should be able to provide material which is in stock and available,
and which is covered by the terms of the CLA licence. There can be difficulties
when readings require additional copyright clearance, not least the delays
while we contact publishers to request permission and to obtain a quote
for the costs. We will notify course organisers where this arises.
